中苏友好同盟条约
1945年8月14日，蒋介石派人在莫斯科签了《中苏友好同盟条约》。为了求斯大林别帮共产党打内战，蒋介石捏着鼻子认了外蒙古独立，还把旅顺港和中东铁路租给了苏联。斯大林拍胸脯保证，说全中国只认蒋委员长一个合法政府。后来的事实证明，相信斯大林的保证，就跟相信母猪会上树差不多。

这笔买卖做得窝囊透顶。蒋介石把老祖宗留下的地盘割了一大块，满心以为能换来斯大林放他一马。斯大林收了外蒙古，占了旅顺港，转头就把后门打开，放林彪的队伍进东北捡枪。政治家讲信用往往是因为没办法，有办法的时候，他们谁的账也不认。
