苏联援建的156项工程
从1953年起开工的“156项工程”，是苏联老大哥给中国送来的一份超级大礼。成百上千名苏联专家拎着皮包来到中国，手把手教中国人造钢炉、造机床、造汽车。长春一汽、鞍山钢铁、沈阳飞机厂，新中国最初的那点重工业底子，全是苏联人给一口一口喂出来的。

性质
这156个工程是新中国工业化的娘胎。要是没有苏联把技术、母机和专家成车皮运过来，中国就是再多砸几倍的人力，也造不出第一辆拖拉机和第一架喷气飞机。但这套体系全砸在重工业上，死死占住全国财富，轻工业几十年轻视下来，普通百姓连肥皂和布匹都常年买不着。
